 Accommodation
Accommodation has been arranged for Microrad 2012's participants in four hotels in Monte Porzio Catone and Frascati. Please note the following important information:
- Participants are required to contact the selected hotel themselves.
- When asking for a reservation, remember to quote "MICRORAD 2012" in order to obtain the price agreed for the meeting.
- All prices listed below are per room, and include breakfast.
- When booking, the hotel will require a credit card as guarantee.
- Remember to enquire about the cancellation policy of the selected hotel.
Hotel Villa Vecchia
Villa Vecchia is a 4 star hotel located at about 1 km from the center of Frascati, along the road from Frascati to Monte Porzio Catone. Villa Vecchia Hotel is close to the main entrance of Villa Mondragone.
The following rates, including breakfast and taxes, have been agreed:
- Single rooms (only 5 rooms are available): Euro 65.00
- Double rooms, single use: Euro 98.00
- Double rooms: Euro 120.00
With an additional cost of Euro 22, half board (room, breakfast and dinner) can be reserved.
By request, Villa Vecchia Hotel organizes a shuttle service from the airports of Rome.
This service must be reserved by contacting the Hotel.
The fares for a single trip are:
From Fiumicino airport:
Euro 65 for 1 to 2 passengers
Euro 70 for 3 to 4 passengers
From Ciampino airport:
Euro 45 for 1 to 2 passengers
Euro 50 for 3 to 4 passengers

Hotel Villa Tuscolana
Villa Tuscolana is a 4 star hotel located over a hill, about 1.5 kms from the centre of Frascati.
An allotment of rooms is blocked until January 15, 2012, at the following rates, including breakfast:
- Single rooms: Euro 75.00
- Double rooms, single use: Euro 106.00
- Double rooms: Euro 140.00
A supplementary 10% tax must be added.
