Information for authors: Guidelines
ABSTRACTS
- Abstracts must be submitted electronically using "Abstract submissions" page of this website. The page will be opened on August 22 2011, 12.00 Central Europe time. The deadline is definively set on October 10, 23.59 Cental Europe time. See DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS to register and submit abstracts.
- All abstracts must be written in English, and their length must be in the range 200-500 words. Abstracts must concisely state the problem, methodology used, results and main conclusions.
- Abstracts must be written in text format, with Unicode representation of special characters and symbols allowed.
Title, presenting author name, affiliation and email address must be included in each submission.
- The maximum number of abstracts allowed per author is three, in any combination of oral and poster presentations. Students paying a reduced registration fee are only allowed to submit one abstract.
- Authors are responsible for checking the status of their abstracts from this website. Acceptance notifications will be sent via email only, and posted on this website.
- Authors of accepted abstracts may request an official acceptance/invitation letter.
GUIDELINES FOR PRESENTATIONS
Presenting authors must register in advance, by the deadline of January 31, 2012.
Guidelines for oral and poster presentations will be published on this website.
PROCEEDINGS PAPERS
Authors of accepted abstracts are allowed to submit a full-length paper, by the deadline of March, 9, 2012, the end of the meeting. The papers will be reviewed by the scientific committee and published on IEEE Xplore as part of the conference proceedings. Only papers submitted, registered and presented at the meeting will be included in the Proceedings. Guidelines for paper submission will be made available later on this website
A proposal for a Special Issue of TGRS on selected papers from MICRORAD 2012 was submitted, and will be evaluated by the GRSS AdCom. Future news about this proposal will be published on this website.
